What this is

The Job Hub is a private tool for submitting and tracking window and door finish-work orders with S&S. It's invite-only — there's no public sign-up, and every account is created by us for a specific subcontractor company or S&S staff member.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential and don't share your account with others.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We may deactivate an account — for example, if it's no longer needed, or in response to misuse. Deactivating an account doesn't delete its order history; that stays on our records.

Using the Job Hub

• Submit accurate order information — quantities, specs, and dates you enter drive our shop queue.
• Only upload photos and documents you have the right to share with us.
• Don't try to access another contractor's orders, files, or account, or otherwise probe, disrupt, or bypass the Job Hub's access controls.

Estimates, queue, and invoicing

Estimated completion dates are estimates based on our current shop queue, not guarantees. For contractors linked to a matching QuickBooks customer, marking an order complete creates an invoice in our QuickBooks Online account; it is reviewed by our staff before it's ever sent. The Job Hub tracks orders and (where applicable) creates that invoice record — it doesn't set your pricing terms or payment terms with S&S, which are governed by your separate business relationship with us.

Availability

We do our best to keep the Job Hub available, but it may be unavailable at times — for maintenance, an outage at one of the services it depends on, or otherwise. We're not liable for losses caused by the Job Hub being temporarily unavailable.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Job Hub is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, S&S isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of- laws rules.

Changes to these terms

If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Job Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
